Worshipping God with joy, passion and authenticity are values here at Calvary. We don’t just sing songs about God. Instead, we enter into the Lord’s presence with a sense of expectation that the Holy Spirit is working in and through us as we lift our voices in songs of praise. Our worship “style” is both contemporary and modern, up-beat and reflective, joyful and intimate.

Below are the different ways you can use your unique talents and gifts to serve in our worship arts ministry. We are always in need of singers, instrumentalists, and technicians to help deliver our services with heart and excellence. Most people serve on a rotating basis throughout a given month. Rehearsals are required the week you are serving.

Use & Develop Your Gifts

• Singers: men and women needed; ability to harmonize is a plus, but not required

• Instrumentalists: electric and acoustic guitar, bass, keyboards, drums, etc.

• Tech Team: sound mixing, lighting board, cameras, on-line streaming and production, music and message slides, etc.

• Service Director: overseeing service flow, leading our pre-service prayer time, working with pastors to ensure smooth operations, etc.

• Service Host: speaking from the stage to welcome and draw people into worship

• Online Ministry Team: audio mixing, video switching, cameras, chat hosts, etc..

• Stage Crew: moving and setting-up stage props and other equipment as needed

• Stage Production: designing and building new stage sets, maintaining equipment, etc.
